Delivery Policy

Wallace Collective, The Smokehouse, Auchterarder

Every Wallace Collective project begins with a conversation. Because much of what we supply, from outdoor kitchens and pergolas to fire tables and furniture, is substantial, made to order, or installed, delivery is quoted and planned individually rather than calculated at a checkout. Here's how it works.

1. How delivery is quoted

When you request a quote, delivery is included as part of your quotation. We confirm:

  • The delivery cost to your address, based on the item, its size, and your location
  • The expected lead time
  • The delivery method: courier, palletised freight, or delivery by our own team
  • Any access considerations at your property

Nothing is left to be discovered later. Your quotation sets out the full delivered cost before you commit.

2. Where we deliver

We deliver throughout mainland UK. For the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and other offshore addresses, we'll confirm feasibility and cost as part of your quote. Just mention your location when you enquire.

3. Lead times

  • In-stock items: typically delivered within 7 to 14 working days of order confirmation.
  • Made-to-order pieces: (including Cubic outdoor kitchens and certain supplier ranges): lead times vary by manufacturer, typically 8 to 14 weeks. We confirm the expected timeframe in your quotation and keep you updated throughout.

Lead times are estimates and occasionally shift due to manufacturer or courier delays. If anything changes, we'll tell you promptly.

4. Large item deliveries: what to expect

Palletised deliveries are made kerbside as standard, meaning the driver offloads to the nearest safe, accessible point at your property. As part of the quotation process we'll ask about access (narrow lanes, gates, gradients, restricted parking) so there are no surprises on the day.

If you'd like your piece positioned in the garden, or fully installed, we can arrange that. Positioned delivery and professional installation are available for most of what we supply and can be included in your quote.

Our delivery partner will agree a date with you in advance, and you may need to be present to sign for large deliveries.

5. Checking your delivery

Please inspect all items on arrival before signing. If there is visible damage to packaging or product, note it with the driver and contact us within 48 hours at hello@wallacecollective.co.uk with photographs, so we can resolve it quickly with our couriers and suppliers.

6. Missed deliveries

If a pre-arranged delivery fails because no one is available or access isn't possible, a re-delivery charge may apply. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to rearrange.

7. Showroom collection

Smaller items can be collected from The Smokehouse showroom, Auchterarder, free of charge. Just let us know when you enquire and we'll confirm when your order is ready.
