OFYR 75 Corten

The compact entry point to the OFYR range. The 75 places a 75cm steel cooking ring around a central wood fire, so heat radiates outward across one continuous surface. You can sear over the hottest zone near the centre and hold food gently towards the cooler edge, all at the same time. An airflow plate improves combustion and limits smoke, and the size comfortably cooks for four to six people.

Made from weathering corten steel, it develops a protective rust patina and can live outside all year round. Cleaning is simple, food residue and excess oil drop straight into the fire, and a quick wipe of the plate with a damp cloth readies it for the next cook.
